How will my order be shipped?
Framed prints, Canvas prints, mirrors and large posters are shipped via Fastway Couriers who have a great reputation in quality service and safe delivery. Small size posters will arrive via Australia Post. Canvas prints are plastic wrapped with protective corners and then wrapped in a strong packing carton. Posters are shipped rolled in a tube. Mirrors are securely wrapped in polystyrene packing and strong boxes.
What are the delivery charges?
Postage costs start at $15 and are calculated at checkout depending on where you are located.
How long will delivery take?
All products are made to order and dispatched within 5-10 working days. Items are dispatched using express courier which takes between 1-7 working days depending on delivery address. 
Can I track my order?
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email from our website with the tracking information so you can track your order.
What if my order is damaged during delivery?.
We only use trusted and quality shipping firms. However if your order arrives damaged, we will replace or refund any items damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods when you receive them WHILE the courier driver is still there and BEFORE you sign for anything. If your item is damaged please refuse to sign or accept the item and contact us immediately. Your will also need to obtain a signature from the delivery driver to confirm that the item has been damaged in transit. If you sign for your order, you are accepting it has been delivered in perfect working condition and no replacement will be sent. Prior to sending a replacement detailed photos will need to be sent to us outlining the damage. These photos must be taken and send it us immediately after delivery.  
What is your return Policy?
We hope you will be completely happy with any product you purchase from Home & Abode. If you aren't happy with your purchase or if it gets damaged in transit please contact us at orders@homeandabode.com.au within 3 days of receiving the goods. We’ll issue a refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned goods. When returning an unwanted item, you will need to cover both the initial and return cost of postage. We advise you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for return items lost or damaged in the post.
